Stay motivated and keep active every day of the month with our new step challenge!

The way this challenge works is simple, just select your daily step target and cover those steps every day of your challenge month. You can keep a record of your steps on our handy tracker that you can download here, and this works perfectly as your evidence too!

These challenges start from 1,000 steps a day so everyone can stay active throughout the month, even from inside their homes. On completion you will receive your very own step challenge medal, with a new design every month!

Overseas athletes will be charged an additional £5 to cover postage costs. This only applies if you live outside of the UK.

What happens after I sign up?
