A Race At Your Pace challenge provides companies with a simple way to empower and motivate their employees to move more, whilst simultaneously boosting team morale.

By taking part in a challenge, everyone chooses the challenge that suits them best. No matter what their personal goal, as they work towards their target their progress will also contribute to the team’s overall group target – excellent for team building and morale!

Everyone can get involved with a Race At Your Pace challenge. We are an all-inclusive company with challenges for all abilities, and also have wheelchair challenges available.

How it works STEPS 1-9

You’ll be given a unique entry link where all your team can sign up for a challenge free of charge. The sign up process takes around 30 seconds and is fully customisable with your company’s branding.

Everyone joining can choose from running, walking, cycling, swimming, steps or wheelchair challenges at a distance which suits them best.

Entries open for each challenge 15 days before the challenge begins and close 15 days into the challenge, giving everyone plenty of time to join.

All progress made towards the challenge can be added via the website or app and this automatically also counts towards the group goal.

The group admin can log in to manage the challenge and see who has signed up. They will also be able to export their names and emails.

All participants have the full month to complete their challenge, the goal they’ve set can be changed within their account in the app or website if they are overachieving or aren’t quite where they’d like to be.

Everyone taking part will be sent their bespoke medal with the distance they achieved. The group admin will also be sent a certificate showing the group’s total and useful stats that can be used to celebrate your team’s achievement.

The group admin will need to choose if you’d like to plant a tree for every team member who joins or clear 50 plastic bottles from the ocean.

Invoices will be sent 15 days after the challenge has begun and companies are only invoiced for the number of people who take part.
